Cancellation Policy

• Forefront Fit Physical Therapy will charge a $100 late cancel fee for patients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointments as well as for patients who miss their appointment without cancelling
• Two or more late cancellations will be charged at $200 per occurrence
• Cancellations made over the weekend for a Monday appointment will incur a late cancel fee
• You can cancel your appointment via our online booking system
